Broccili is another vegetable noteworthy for it’s rich vitamin C and vitamin A content. Aside from this broccoli also contains phytonutrienst sulforaphane and indole which both are known for their anti-cancer effects. Broccoli is also a good source of calcium, it does not contain signfificant amount but is helpful for those who are lactose intollerant and would like to get their dose of calcium minus the calories and fat contained in milk.
