Bell Peppers
Green, Red, and Yellow, the colors are frequently associated to bell peppers. And because of the colors they are have become a culinary ingredient primarily used to liven up a dish.
Contrary to it’s name bell pepper are not at all “hot”
Bell Peppers;
- Are also a rich source of beta carotene, this is evident in it’s colorful skin.
