This helps in eradication free radicals that cause damage to the body&#8217;s cells.Freed radicals are major causes of build up of cholesterol that leads to atherosclerosis and heart disease. <li>Contains B6 and folic acid that is helpful or those with atherosclerosis and diabetic heart disease. These two b vitamins are essential in reducing homocysteine levels.
